Low Voltage PVC Insulated and Sheathed Wire
1. The rated voltage of the wires should be equal to or higher than the rated voltage of the system when wires are used in AC system. If the wires are used in DC system, the rated voltage of system should be 1.5 times lower than or as high as the rated voltage of cable and wires. The working voltage of the system could be 1.1 times higher than the rated voltage of the cable.
2. The long term working temperature should be lower than 70oC. The working temperature of BV-90 and RV-90 should be lower than 90oC. And the laying temperature should be higher then 0oC.3. The curve diameter of the wire should be longer than 4 times than the diameter of the outer diameter of cable and wires. If the diameter of cable and wires is above 25 mm, the curve diameter should be at least 6 times than the outer diameter of the cable and wires.4. The coil of wire and cable will be 100 meters with 0.5 meters error.
